Terms of License Agreement

Where a group of programmers are working together on a project that makes use of Rubicon, we expect that a copy of the software and documentation will be purchased for each member of the group. Contact Tamarack Associates for volume discounts.

You may duplicate the Rubicon programs and documentation files for backup use only.

You may distribute without further licenses or run time fees applications that make use of Rubicon. You may not distribute, duplicate, lease, sublease, or sell any documentation, source code, or DCU files other than described above.

This license is effective from your date of purchase and shall remain in force until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying the software and the accompanying documentation, together will all copies in any form.

TAMARACK ASSOCIATES MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT WILL TAMARACK ASSOCIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM OR DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF TAMARACK ASSOCIATES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
