In order to access the download area, you must provide
the email address that the product was registered under. If the
authorization succeeds, you should download the files within one hour from
the computer you are now using. If the download takes more than one
hour or you try to download to a different computer, you will have to
resubmit authorization.
If the authorization does not succeed, do not keep
attempting to gain access as the system will classify your IP address as an
intruder and block all subsequent requests. Instead, please
contact us. You are limited to three authorizations per 30 day period.
